Four experienced and successful EPHM alumni, Mr Kennis Chang, Mr Daniel Ho, Miss Jocelyn Lau and Miss Jasmine Lin, who are currently working in the fields of environmental, food industry and public health, were invited. They shared with students their valuable experience and unique insight on pursuing a career upon graduation of this programme.
The Talk was moderated by Dr Chung Shan Shan, Programme Director of EPHM and received an overwhelming response. This was a rewarding sharing for students as they got first-hand details of the working environment of these positions while forging close bonds with alumni at the Networking Luncheon afterwards.
Brief Profiles of Alumni Speakers
Mr. Kennie Chang (upper left)
Mr Chang participated in MSc EPHM’s Internship Programme to work at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva in 2017. He is currently working in an environmental related company - Hansk New Materials Holdings Limited (漢斯克新材料集團有限公司). Kennie shared his fruitful opportunity to work at the WHO and introduced his current job nature and shared his insight on working in the environmental and public health fields.
Mr. Daniel Ho (upper right)
Mr Ho is currently the Director of a Landscape and Arboriculture company - Toyogreen HK. (東陽綠化有限公司) and also Chairman of Hong Kong Greening Contractors Association (香港園境承造商協會). Having worked in this field for over 20 years, he shared his current and previous projects and the job prospect in the Talk.
Miss Jocelyn Lau (bottom left)
Miss Lau is currently working in the metal recycling and environmental protection industry - Chiho Environmental Group Ltd (齊合環保集團). She introduced her job nature and the challenges in the position.
Miss Jasmine Lin (bottom right)
Miss Lin is the Director of an agricultural company - LongRun Inc. (香港糧潤有限公司& 深圳糧潤農業科技有限公司). She shared the nature of her company and also the prospect of this field.
